Hey and welcome to Politics and Science. I'm your host John Barkhausen. This week we continue with another archive interview that I did with Dr. Raymond Peat. He's a physiologist who lives in Eugene, Oregon and he's been studying health and the history of science for his entire life. He's pretty much the smartest person I've ever talked to. Today this interview was recorded in 2010 on April 26th and it concerns digestion, mostly human digestion, but I think it relates to all mammals as well.
